This month marks GLR's one year anniversary. I can't say enough about how great it's been to run a journal I can be proud of, especially with such a great editorial team to back me up. Although I will be moving to Ohio for two years to pursue my Master's degree in poetry, the site will continue to feature Michiganders, Great Lakes-area writers, and Midwesterners. I will always be smitten with the mitten, even when I've crossed state borders.
